The cost of the consultation including both the virtual consultation and the face-to-face evaluation is $200. Proof of payment is needed before you are given an appointment for consultation. The amount charged for consultation is not deductible from surgery.
Because we have created this protocol in order to provide the best care each of our patients deserve, there is no possibility of face-to-face consultations without first having had the virtual one to consider your eligibility for surgery.
No, since the virtual consultation does not rule out the face-to-face evaluation that the surgeon must carry out in order to have a complete history of the patient before the surgery. Also, the availability of dates for surgeries must be taken into consideration as well as the previous protocol.
Everything is possible with precise planning and the understanding that all our patients go through the same process which includes a virtual consultation to determine eligibility and then a face-to-face consultation for surgical planning.
Yes, you will indeed require a series of tests that will depend on your medical history and the surgeon’s evaluation. We do not recommend doing any tests until the date of your surgery has been set by the surgeon and agreed by the patient’s coordinator; Either way, our team will be there to assist you in all matters.
