General Recommendations, please read carefully:
You can use a digital camera or your phone, find assistance with someone you trust so that the shot is as accurate as possible.
Do it on a flat background (wall) and in a well-lit place to avoid the use of flash, if its use is necessary, make sure the reflection of the flash (bright light) does not show in an important part of the photo.
In the photos of your face, do not smile, try to be relaxed and if you have long hair you will have to hold it back so all your features could be seen.
If you need to take full-body or breast photos: Remember not to wear clothing in these areas, wear only small underwear in the case of abdominal or buttock treatments.
Cover the genital part, but allow a clear and real view of your body, do not contract the abdomen, or take very upright postures, relax your body while taking the requested postures, in the case of abdominoplasty and lipo add a take sitting down
